"This" transition? Which specific one? There are many in that video...

Anyway, I'll assume you're referring to all. I don't think can be done in PPro or FCPX alone. You'll need After Effects I think...

A mix of these techniques may get you close... the rest is up to your own motion design and the actual footage you have to work with.
