Actually most manual SLRs should have this button which after pressed, allows you to **** the shutter without advancing the film. No need to rewind all the way to the start and start again...in fact, if you do that, chances are your frames will be off, unless you're so accurate.

Is there a simpler way? As in, if I just rewind the film to the previous frame. Is this not really practical due to accuracy problems? :think:

Student was directing his answer to me, who started this thread almost a year ago, and I'm using a Toyo right now.
