that's why always deal at your convenience...best way is to deal below your block. If he does not come then no need to worry right?

dealt at my convenience already...didn't worry much abt it until he sms 6 days after the incident and than ask me go fly kite...wat kind of bloody attitude does he have...

yes. we have to literally "implant" graciousness and thoughtfulness into these people. I will specifically tell the other party I will only hold till a pre-agree date and any non reply will consider as he/she is giving up the deal. For this, rant here a bit and let it go. There are always another buyer.

I guess you have to judge for yourself bah ... if people ask you where to view it got to be today, tomorrow or day after unless you cannot make it yourself lor. If a 'buyer' say want to buy but view 2 weeks later then it got to be a fake buyer bah. Meanwhile if you got offers and you do not want to wait then let sell first lor. In this world no one waits for you so don't spend your time waiting for people unless is your gf or wife then bo pian.
