how to change thread title

hi sorry newbie here.. how do i change the thread title? people seem to be able to do it (i think) but i somehow cant figure out how! :dunno:

the next time u request for title to be changed, pls insert the title that u want in ur PM to us as it will allow me to do the necessary faster without me having to read through the posts and waste time figuring things out.
