Hi, me still new here but i've been reading some of the old posts. Looks like many of you recommend bargaining at the major camera stores like Cathay, Alan Photo, and so on. But how do you actually do that? Any special tricks? ;) And how much money do you actually save by doing this? Need some help coz I'm new to the local photo scene... thx

none. But you can get some equotes first? when you have some roughly ideas about the prices, it is easier for you to bargain? other than that, I think some will say that you join their next SEEDS session? One more is that there are some photographers / clubsnap members that are closed with those salesperson, you may want their helps if you know some of these guys? Other than that, I think nothing you can do liao. They treat all unfamiliar (even I went there few times) people like newbies (me also, I have to tell them I am a regular customer, then better........) and chop chop their "carrot head".

Yes, yes, I would also like to know too!!!
