How to adjust the shutter speed?

I rented Hasselblad recently to try out the beauty cam. I managed to understand the function of this beauty. But I was wondering how can I adjust the shutter speed on the lense?

Im using Hasselblad 500 C with 80mm Planar.

It seem like I can only adjust the aperture and not the shutter speed, is it been fix? (I doubt so as there are so many numbers around.. )Beside that, if the shutter speed is able to change, where is the marking point to state the shutter speed?

Kinda confuse on this only. I read the manual but I still can't get it right.
