How Should Student Photographers Charge?

Did your cousin point a gun(or 2) to the 2 students' head and ask them to shoot..if not..?

No right? how is that exploitation? I bet the 2 students could think for themselves and walk out of a deal if they did their homework.

I bet if your cousin paid them 30k each, you'd be complaining abou tthe students instead using the same title of a thread, right? right.

Cousin? Is that you cousin?

Muahahahaha! You sounds like him.

students should be studying.
if these students are studying photography, would that not require them to practice? and certainly charging something for their time and effort, too...

photography is one profession where the result is subjective instead of objective (compare to eg civil engineering, either the building meets BCA requirements or not, eg Law, whether called to the Bar - can get drunk there too). hence instead of a binary qualified-unqualified practicing system there is a graduated competency (hopefully?!) scale where student photographers should (ideally?) get better with practice.

[note: I'm not a pro but just kay-po]
