I know of friends who buy DSLR to display in their dry cabinets, while others buy and bring with them every day.

Me, I personally use on a weekly basis.

because of my ongoing project 365 ... mine is used daily. shots per day vary from 5 to 55. more if i'm out with the family somewhere.

I bring out on events, occasions, photoshoots, casual shoots on weekends, holiday & business travel other than that it sleep in my dry box.
