How much has people paid for the D90

Some shops are still quoting that price (called two days ago), not sure about free 8GB (most likely included) and the cleaning kit...

It's best to call again just to be sure....

Got mine from Alan Photo abt 3 weeks back... paid $1198 all in for Body + nikon 8gb sdhc...

So bro i think urs is abit on the high side even with the cleaning kit...

I believe dslr is like most of the digital gadget, it won't retain value much over time. Anyway I got mine last year Christmas at 1627. I am enjoying it almost everyday till recently schedule become overwhelming this having to let it rest in dry cabinet. There is no way we can follow up with trend of electronic stuff or wait for better price. Soon D90 would be tag at D5000 price and new model will come up and get tag at what D90 used to be
