How much for a 512MB CF now?

From HWZ's price list, seems that there's only one from Transcend and it's selling at >>$400! Anyone knows the current price for a 512MB Ridata or other brands?

Guess it's still cheaper to get two 256mb CF cards instead of one 512mb card...you sure pay for the convenience...
