How Models really feel about most of the photographers at It/Car Shows.

hehe... The last Sitex, I went there to visit a Friend who is modelling for one of the booths. I also popped over to BBT to amuse myself by taking these pictures.

Up the ladder we go.

More and more to join in the shoot... DSLR, SLR, P&S Camera, phone Cameras... u name it.

This thread is getting more and more interesting.. Haha.. Anyway during my trip with my gf to the BBT, saw a guy using his 3.2MP camera phone to zoom in onto the models breast and happily taking photograph. Wanted to stop him but he's walk away very quickly.. Damm..

I don't know abt you guys, but I do find it wierd shooting strangers' portraits, whose images are of no consequence to my life. I guess one man's meat is the other man's poison...

I see hundreds and thousands images of these SAME models being posted in the forums, assuming the SAME poses and taken at the SAME place, it is getting a bit nauseating for me....pretty as they may be, but they become 'overexposed' in the forum liao la.

I know, I know, if I don't like, I can don't go and look into those threads right? But still...:dunno:

My mum used to tell me not to anyhow give my photo to strangers, or they may make use of it to perform Gong Tao (cast spells), hmmm....shall we warn the models abt it?:think:

Yeah.. those models pic are flooded everywhere, but think it's more of sharing than asking for C&C cause most of them will goes: "Oh, that girl very pretty, what's her name ah?" "Wah, her assets power!" "I'm her friend and i know her name but cannot talk you guys" (or rather they think they know the girls just simply by knowing their name??)

Think it quite pointless for them to post for C&C as most ppl will just say it's nicely taken as long they can see the nose, eyes, "assets". So think it' pointless to go there to practice taking potraits as ppl wont tell you truly whether your photo is good or not.

Hmmm.... maybe next time I go to shoot the 'cameramen'. Looks like there could be very funny shots out there.

By the way, there's no need to mosaic the face. If you are in a public place, there's no need for permission to publish your picture.... because you are supposed to behave yourself in public.

No offence to those sickos. But I think you should refrain from these actions which make photogs looks real bad. If you really have a dying itch to get pictures like that, maybe you should try it at home with your own female family members only.

Those lechers who tries to take upskirts, perhaps they were trying to try something 'different' in the photographic sense? Ya know, must break rules to have breakthrough ma?

Anyway heard from my friend, he was too near to the stage and he was sliding up and down all over the place blocking everyone. hahaha. We need alot more of him around.

"Who can shoot the most models?" "Who can get the Models' numbers?" "Who can get the first row prime loaction for any photoshoot." Sigh. That's why till now I'm still stuck with my kit Lens and my 50mm.

Actually the most important thing is who have the best skill to make use of existing equipment and get the most beautiful photos from the models. Though we do chats abouts lens, number of model they have shot, who they have shoot with etc. But to most events photographers, it's the photos that count.
