On a second thought, If were make a decision right now, I won't get those lens, I prefer not getting the AFS.
If someone like to trade those lens with Nikkor 35-70 f2.8, 80-200 f2.8 non AFS and AFS 300 (All new lens), tell me.

It will be good for you if it's the only 2 of you. He cook while you eat.
However, if in a group of your friend, someone asked you how to prepare a chicken chop or simple pasta. He answer the question with good knowledge and you look clueless. Worst is he correct your mistake of the time to boil a half-boiled egg.

Those are good lens. You may regret if you trade/sell them off. Only thing is the weight. You must learn to appreciate them.
I remember a certain someone say in a rainforest in Malaysia. "Why get a normal lens for a good body?"
I will gladly trade my 80-200 if u insist.
