my neighbour very noisy, want to sleep for 6 hrs straight also difficult. I need to go for meditation course already..

Used to be 7-9hours a day...now is dependent on when the mrt construction site start or stop work. For whatever reason, NEA and LTA has double standard on working hours at construction sites.
Endure ba. It's for the greater good. (I hopefully believe so instead of the reason to increase train fare or some Garment Election)
