u dun need the guess^_^ ur camera tells u!
haha......welcome to A40ers!

Guess I m d newest addition to the A40 family...
Bought it at S$480(inclusive of GST) for the camera, Hagiwara 128Mb CF, Kenko 52mm lens adapter at Alan Photo.

Also gg to get the MO Sanyo 2100 batt + charger on the 22nd of January. And from Mustafa the C-210 Lens Converter 1.9x at S$49. Any comment on these 2 coming purchases?

Will come in very useful in my Hadyai + Penang 2 week CNY holiday. Anything else shld I get for this trip? A tripod? Circular Polariser? ND filter? UV filter? So many things, so little money left... so please advise seniors...

I will look ard 4 the circular polariser, guess it is back to AP to spend, spend n spend.

u9000 is too heavy already......unless u want to be upgrade proof!
u6600 is enough for A40.....and is 1.1Kg...

for most compact / lightest.....and yet tall enough ..I only have one tripod in mind...that is Slik sprint pro gm!

890gm, ball head, abt 1.6m [taller than slik 6600 and lighter!],
the leg can be in rubber / pointed!
But it is rather expensive as compared to slik 6600. it is $75-$78
from AP, while slik 6600 is around $40 - $45 I think^^|
