How many batt?

I will use this trip as a benchmark. If I need to have extra batt, I will then purchase. Abt memory, still thinking of getting a external storage, as in back up or storing.

Get a netbook lor.. 200-300GB with a 10" LCD, preview till you shiok! :bsmilie:

I find that I can easily hit about 500 shots even with lots of chimping... I use non-SSM lenses. And cos I usually travel to ulu areas on my trips without easy access to electricity, I do need the extra 2 batteries... but I don't carry tripod like BBTM...

Last night, went to Sg flyer after work. Got chinggay rehearse, so, go n take too. No 70-200 + too late for a good spot. Most photos got human head and also, hard to get a focus on them. 100% batt, come back (after transfer), left with 2% ;p.

But today.... when I carry some thing, I feels it is weightless! Maybe 5kg of weight last night makes me stronger. :bsmilie: Anyway, I learned some thing new on tripod. Always get a tripod that is high enough cause some building need it to get a good photo out of them.

I wouldn't get a straight river line if I dont raise the tripod. For my skill la, maybe some ppl can do it but not for me.

You need a bubble level dude! Or use the grid lines in your camera to help if you have such a viewfinder screen...

Got a netbook. 250 GB, more than enough for whole tour. Abt 200GB left, all going to be RAW, enough, right?

Just copy the RAW file over? Should I install the s/w from Sony CD? Great Wall, here I come ! ;p:o
