i was very very lucky when my friend invited me to NDP AD last minute back in 2006, where it was the last one held in the old national stadium. very nice sky, no rain. that was the 1st time i went as a audience.

Yeah, I do believe it is by agaration on how much to seed. Look at China, the way they seed, it caused winter in some months that are not winter (can't remember which month) ...

sure? if that the case will it be make known to the public or it is a covert mission? IF so, can we say that the recent case of heavy rain fall result in lots of places flood might be the cause of it ? :bsmilie:
