U noe, at times, not up to u to decide.... Sometimes, lavish weddings are a necessity. Why? Because u have a social status to keep up with. A certain social image.

Imagine, if u r a CEO of a MNC, U hold your banquet at a let's say 3star hotel. And u invite all your business associates there to join in the celebration. Question is, what r they going to think...

Yes, alot of people will say it doesn't matter n things like tht from the self console perspective(no, i'm not a spoilt brad who splurge mentality)...... But at the end of the day, u juz look at what these people does.... U will be surprised that it's nothing like they said prior to the wedding itself....:bsmilie:

Can always point middle finger to them. If your wive happy? Why bother the rest. If you are CEO, what can they do to you?

The is really a proven!!!!! Seriously give a try.

If you are really close to the gal, try a do something different slowly to show your love/concern to her, things like you normally don't really do, but do take small step at a time, if not you might shock her and she might just reject you as she dunno how to react at that moment of time.

Things that you can do (dunno how close btw you two, so some of the thing you might had done)
- sent her to school/workplace
- walk her home
- Call/sms her as and when - on anything
- Sms her Good morning, Taken your lunch/Dinner, Good Night everyday
- Just her out for movie and shopping
- Ask her along to friends gathering

Slowly make yourselves as part of her life, and your heart will tell you when is the right time to strike, like holding hands and run across the road.

But if she don't really wanted you to be her partner, she will slowly hint you too.....that way, at least you wouldn't lose the friendship
