How do you maintain your DSLR after an outing?

Wipe with a soft cloth and blow off any dust on it. That's about it actually, nothing much i would do before storing it away.

Hmmm.. continue to do that and you will not take many interesting pictures of interesting places.

Hi guys! Sorry if this question was asked again but i couldnt seem to find the thread using the search button.

I got a question, how do you guys keep and maintain your DSLR after an outing? Whats the recommended way of maintaining it? Do you clean your DSLR with a damp cloth and leave it to air for an hour before putting it back to your dry cab?

Maintain? What do you mean by maintain? :bsmilie:

If it is not dirty, I will not clean it. If the LCD looks smudged, I will wipe it. No point wiping down the camera after every outing. Do that too much and some paint or rubber fittings will come off. :bsmilie:

my lcd is always smudged becos my face is oily. I dont even bother to wipe it clean. :sweat: anyway its just the screen protector.

Seriously, do u guys wash your car after every outing? its a lot of expensive that your camera.
