How do we forgive when we’re angry and hurt?

That is why those people can forget and self forgive easily. Bec they cannot even remember the simple rules of CS. :bsmilie:

Emotion is a very hard thing to handle, even the most experienced person has a weak spot. Which is why emotional and psychological relation topic often don't make sense but in fact the person already have the answer from the very beginning.

What appears a good answer is often not their interest because they already know. Just like people got high after beers, they talk nonsense because logical stuff is not what they want.

Some serious events I cannot forgive nor forget, I just move on with my life.

I have a very bad temper and once i blow, i can huff and puff the 3 little pigs' houses down. However,it's not healthy to bear grudges or get angry so we should just forgive and forget.

people who borrowed money from you but
keep delaying in returning it even after three

Is it very difficult for a human being to forgive
another human being? If not what should could

my advice based on my experience this is what i do when someone borrowed money and keep on delaying it. it just let them be. actually even they wont pay it its ok.. i can't force him to pay if he/she cannot pay. i cant put him behind bars also because that is not a criminal offense. but i see to it that he/she cannot knock on my door anymore if he needs something.
