Horrible service

I'm not the one that submitted this story but I got a taste of this shop's service before this. The manager of the shop chase my friends and I out just because my friend accidentally knocked down one of their products. The other staff are fine but the service standards of the manager was just horrible.

I was there one time... but their prices are around the same as other shops... and a lot of stuff they do not carry... never went back.

The mentioned manager was talking to his 2 gals assistants about some shop stuffs when I walked in a month after their opening. I was there for 5 mins and no one came to greet me, but I was thinking it was ok since the boss was talking to his assistants.

Then I went to the counter to view a slider. And then so no one was serving me. Then I viewed the slider by observing the structure and unscrew the ball head. Immediately the boss turned over and requested me not to unscrew the head. I know I should not but no one was serving me so I view the product myself. And so I replied, "if I dont unscrew the head how do I know if my video head fits."

Like many others, I will never go back. I will go to slr accessories, sgcamerastore or arworkfoto for 3rd party accessories instead.

I asked the staff whether that's the boss when he was chasing my friend out but they say no, that's the manager. Weird

Word is there is more than one boss... And one of the owners also owns another store in the same building.

Caught my attention recently with their pitch about being singapore's “first photography supermarket”.
Thought it sounded interesting. Never been there though.

Just like SLR Revolution and Bally at Funan.
