Hey guys. I know this discussion is Holga-centred (I do own the GCFN, for the record!) but I'd like to get your opinion on the Colorsplash camera, this being one of the most active threads on Lomography on the forum. Is it true that it has an appallingly short shelf life?

I've received mixed reviews on it, mostly extremes ("It's my favorite camera and I take it everywhere" etc. VS "It's a crappy piece of plastic", for example) so I'd appreciate your comments on it. Thanks!
i have the colourspalsh with me. well i take it out only if i find my holga is too bulky for the day as id still prefer the holga anytime to the colourspalsh.. well the coloursplash is cool but its no different than a normal camera. the flash is just a add on. i dont like it that much as theres no vignette and also theres no tripod socket.. long shutters shots u gotta do it handheld. haha

hi bum, ur project is screening tonight right?

Hi, you can try Cathay Photo(Peninsular Plaza), Konota(also at Peninsular Plaza) and Ruby(Peninsular Hotel).

hug hug! i bought a holga cfn recently and need some answers frm you guys.

1) e.g; if i use the red flash, will i get a photo which has a red tinge when i develop the film?
2) does the ASA/ISO affect the color saturation or contrast when i develop my film?

pardon me if these qns seem stupid, hope someone can enlighten me.

thks.

Chinatown is a good place to go now..if you don't mind the crowds. Heh.

Here's something that may interest you guys.

As discussed in the Lomography Livejournal community. Apparently the company mails out free swatchbooks that many use as color filter alternatives for their Holgas or Colorsplash cameras.

Uh. I'm just not sure if they'll ship it to Singapore.
