hi guys, i'm new to this holga and lomography thing. can anyone provide some links that i can read on? cos i'm really impressed by the effects it gives to the image. and i'm keen to get one myself but i've no idea which way to start. i do have some photography knowledge so i guess i shouldn't have a very hard time picking up this cool gadget.

help, anyone?

besides composition, i believe the techniques require to take good images with this camera are rather different as compared to a normal digital camera? like handling, developing and stuff like that which i do not know. i'm just looking for websites or forums that dedicate themselves to this product, cos i would prefer to do some study myself before asking annoying questions. :)

talk about effects, such as multi-exposure. And especially the color, which i feel it gives a very nice 'mood' to the picture. aren't these effects seperate this camera from those typical digital replicates?

I am done with my 1st roll of film, B&W gona develop soon.
Not printing it yet, to see the surprises installed for me :D

The beauty of Holga is its unpredictable. you can't adjust much although there 2 fstops and different focus range for you to choose but its not gonna make much of a differnce. just point and shoot and be ready for surprises like light leaks, uneven vignettes, blurry images!:bsmilie:

Its a poorly built plastic toy camera. You can google for galleries done with holga on the net.
