Does anyone know if there's a store here in Singapore where one can buy a Holga 135 adapter? Any response would be very much appreciated...

Are you looking for the 35mm adapter for a Holga 120 so that you can shoot with 35mm film? Just contact me by pm then I will send you the links to the online shops.

Ya, the 35mm adapter cost somewhere $20 on the site I saw.

I'm wanting the holga 120cfn and in the box there's already
-6x6 and 4x6 adapter

is that the adapter to load the 35mm film?

Hi Rubypumps...the 6x6 and 6x4 plastic things that comes in the box are the masks. If you get a 135 adapter, it should come with one for 35mm too. However, I think you don't need an adaptor to load 35mm. Check out youtube which has many videos on how to mod it youself. I have the adapter and realised its easy to load the film but I don't get the sproket holes on my pics. So have decided not to use the adaptor sometimes.

Realised some adaptors will expose the sprocket holes. so means I got jibbed.

only the holga panoramic adapters will expose sprocket holes, but that similarly means that your processing costs are higher as a result, and well, panoramicky. :)

Hi,
Does it mean once we have the adapter, we do not need what is done on the youtube video? We just put the adapter in and we can use already?

There are two kinds.

One is the 35mm adapter for $20. This one is super simply. allows the 35mm to be frame with the shutter. you have to do your own counting for the film advancement in order to "agar agar" advance the next frame. and also to count how many shots have you taken. Rewinding is to be done in a dark bag or dark room because there is no rewind spool for you.

The other adapter is the Superheadz Holga 35mm adapter which is about $60-$65 depending on where you buy. it's available at Triple D, Perly online or asylum at ann siang. Features included, film counter, rewind spool and a decent film advance spool.

im using the superheadz adapter and im very pleased with it.

im gona get the superheadz adapter soon. beats unloading under the blanket :bsmilie:

It cost $20 on the weblog. If you wanna find out PM me.... =p

just got my superheadz adapter from perly, and i highly recommend it! now i can rewind my expanded film on the go and load a new roll right away! and it also comes with a viewfinder mod which crops the squarish v.f into that of the 35mm format. something we all can DIY, but its just much more convenient, and best of all its guaranteed to work! and of course i save the trouble of counting the clicks/turn and plaguing myself with all the technicalities.

well, this is just what i feel though. some of you might prefer to operate via DIY. i used to do it manually too but i think i wasted quite alot of frames using the method, and not to mention time! i guess it all boils down to personal preference :)

ps: no im not working for superheadz :bsmilie:

hi, i just got my holga 120GN and panoramic 35mm adapter not long ago. Would like to ask, when i develop the film, will my pictures be panoramic type? is there any way it'll come out the same size as a normal 35mm film? so sorry kinda confused about this! And if i were to buy the superheadz adapter, can i achieve both panoramic and normal type shots? and will i get the sprocket holes effect? will the pictures be square or rectangular? Thanks in advance!

Oh yes, how many photos can i take with the superheadz 35mm adapter? thanks! i think i only managed to get 20 using the panoramic adapter! I expected 36 shots so.. ):
