Hohoho! Interesting Singapore F1!!! Wet weather prediction for the entire weekend!

I have worked for one of the local race before, and I really found chilli along the entire track in Changi....and we are not suppose to touch them :think:

But lets face it... still raining as we speak, it is going to be a really wet qualifying tonight, like it or not. Chilis are not going to help... They will help a lot better in some signature crab or fishhead dishes... :bsmilie:

It will stop, but the ground will still be wet, hence the WET weather race! No way they can use slicks tonight... unless they all don't mind joining the "flying Finn" legend... :bsmilie:

The pros will be laughing at your comment... you get more incidents during a wet race - more opportunities to make $$$! Fantastic sprays from the rear wheels! All kinds of shots you can't get during a non-raining day! Reflections from the water pool! Etc etc etc...

By incidents, I mean "some bangs" against the walls - if you managed to capture a flying debris frozen in mid air, especially from a famous accident (and you managed to capture an angle that nobody can), the magazines world wide will call on you, and they certainly aren't interested in stock photographs... Those are at a dime and a dozen!

the pros.. whether it is rain , shine, snow .. they will still get their spectacular shots..
i was thinking more of spectator / photographers ... CS members who are so looking forward to capturing F1

Oh, so they all prefer a go-round-the-circuit-50 plus times, not to mention boring race? I can hear yawns already, especially from the non-enthusiast oh-I-so-wanna-experience-one-F1-race-in-my-lifetime crowds... :bsmilie: First few laps, they will heighten with glee... after that... they all wait for the checker flag...in between they take zzzzzzs....

Trust me, the wet weather is a blessing in disguise... it could change a lot of racing predictions due to the unpredictability provided by the weather conditions.
Even yesterday's practise (usually most would give it a miss) was a bit of a stirr when the cars were skiddish.... makes you wanna watch more...

go google cloud seeding, they do this before every national day parade (except earlier years when such technology not available at that time)

i am not sure if they will do cloud seeding for F1, otherwise it will not be fair to those car/driver that performs better in wet weather

They better not cloud seed for F1, or else them wet-weather drivers would cry foul! Red card for Singapore F1... :bsmilie:

Vettel doesn't look as stable as Hamilton & Alonso..
