the tower club is a private club. so technically the easiest public access would be the top floor at swisshotel.

one other place to take pictures is the mezzanine level of UOB plaza at 38 floor. they have a good unblocked view of the whole east side of singapore.

Actually, the point block beside MS color, the one with a comic shop has a viewing gallery built on the top storey......but its lock by HDB. The gallery was built for Queen Elizabeth to visit SG many many years back. I wonder did she re-visited the gallery during her visit earlier this year.

May be can as AMK Towncouncil if can organise an RC photo outing up there??

swisshotel top floor is open to public... theres bars and restaurants there..

UOB 38th floor also is open to public..
