Hide a lav in post

The Rode Pin-Mic is a valuable tool for drama production involving lots of vigorous movement that may cause loud rustling sound if a lav mic is hidden under clothing.
The mic comes with 2 color heads, a black and a silver. While the black could be useful when disguided as a button or camouflaged against black garment, the silver is meant to be painted the same color as the actor's garment. However, problems can arise if you can't find the exact color paint as the clothes or if there are several costume changes.

A simple work-around is to paint the mic head chromagreen. This can be easily keyed out in post by stacking a duplicate layer the video and offsetting the bottom layer by a few pixels so that the same fabric show underneath the chromakey "hole"
