Now the car has been scraped. The person who claimed against her told her her claim for the insurance has been rejected becoz she submitted the wrong car plate number. Now half a year has gone and then she is asking my fren to pay for the damages. But the car has been scraped.....so what should my fren do now?

Ur friend should ignore the other party lor.. just like the party's insurance company. The party making the claim made this kind of mistake, even her own insurance company cannot help. For your friend, its like winning lottery... just doesn't feel as good.

<shaking my head> How did she get the driving licence? Buy car and also need to buy car insurance; insurance company handbook never read? Go home/office never tell anybody?

Aiyo.. insurance company also tells people "never admit fault, let them handle" Even if you really did it, say don't know and let insurance company handle. They have lawyers and claim specialist to do it, you just pay the monthly premium timely.

Just tell the person to go claim against the insurances. And don't bother with talking to that person.
