From what I suspect.. As long as no one complain, then it is not "obscene"..
so.. If you can be sure that there'll be no complaints and can convince any happen-to-pass-by law enforcement personnel that that will be no complaints, then you're free to shoot nude anywhere in SG.. how you can convince one that there'll be no complaints.. that's an abstract art thou..

yes, nudity is not necessarily obscene.
there is a thin fine line between nude art and pornography - that's for sure. do you think what terry richardson does is art? a lot of people do, i look at it and i feel nothing. but i guess it's fine with me that people are shooting nudes as long as it doesn't involve anyone close to me, at most just don't see.
as for the law, it states clearly what it states.
家有家规，国有国法, as much as no ill intention is meant when shooting nudes, there is no point to invite trouble by doing so. right?
I think in Asia , only Japan and Taiwan allows nude in the public. But I would assume that you need to apply for a permit in advanced.
Otherwise the same old rule applies. Do but don't get caught. Alternative is you can get me to be your lookout.
