Thanks! Was using the nikon105VR. However for the candy crab I had the 20E II so its 210mm???

Cool, thought you would've been using a longer marco lens to get such a close up shot of both critters. Good skill. :thumbsup:

Nice composition, I especially like the nudi shot but the depth of field on some of the shots seems a bit off. I like what it did on the candy crab but the blurring on the snout of the snake eel for instance is a little distracting. Was that deliberate?

Thanks ya! Was lucky we saw the candy crab in the dive coz I seldom put the x2 on as its a 'b!tc#' to focus... it was one of those fire away when the eye comes into focus thingy... one of the few reasons im glad i switch to digital...

Thanks! of the lot, I also like the nudi best. I shot the nudi with a good DOF (i think f40) hence the all round clarity. On the other shots, I also have shot of the same subject with good DOF but i choose the more 'interesting' ones to put up in CS coz i just didnt want to just document the animal... afterall, this is a photography site and not a diving site ... so yes it was deliberate.
