it works for my 40D but does not work for my 50D...
 

i still get the error!
i unzip it on my desktop, copied the .exe and paste it into programfiles/canon/eos utility
i double clicked it after i copied into the file
connect my cam and turn it on
error!

help!

i followed every single step again, even on my desktop, doesnt work. i'm using 400D, must i set it to a certain mode for my cam?

Dude, did you even read the thread title or instructions from the programmer? It says clearly that it DOES NOT work on 400Ds. Read again here, it's on FAQ number 0. Cheers!

My Mac version won't start up on my Macbook under Tiger. I ran it directly from the DMG package. Whats your Mac OS X version may I ask? Thanks.
