Here's a chance to test out Orient Photo's Service

Had a good experience there as well, pretty flexible with their prices. The lady discounted $5-10 every time I added an item to my shopping list, not forgetting to add that the prices were competitive to begin with. In the end had quite a good deal, plus they have a pretty good variety of stock, especially Lowepro bags.
 

i used to be 'loyal' to a certain shop becos of very good service and reasonable prices. the best part is im so familiar with the salesman that we can talk **** and i can test out gear w/o being pressurised to buy. but then i started comparing prices, i found that certain items they sell cheaper, but others much more ex. but they stick by their prices, saying that the other party probably selling grey set. but when the other shop which charged cheaper also issued a genuine local manufacturer warranty card, then the 'loyalty' somehow dissipitated. and if the shop that sells cheaper and yet gives similarly great service, whatever 'loyalty' also dissolve liows. i wldnt mind paying $5-10 extra to stay loyal but the differences are just too big to ignore. of course i dun ban any good service shops becos of price alone. becos i hv to consider their higher rental costs or whatever backlogged inventory that they needed to clear, so there is no one shop which charges cheaper for all items across the board.

BTW, I had always thought that the clause "Goods sold are not exchangeable" means that you cannot exchange it for another product? For example, if I bought a Tamron 90mm, and I found that I don't like the item very much, I'd exchange it for a Tokina 90mm, for example, if they are similarly priced?

i think the shop is not obliged to exchange in this case... but they may do it out of good will if you are lucky ;)
 

I had gotten my lens back today
Though a bit late, the guy from OP, Stanley, had took a cab to my block to change the lens with me :)
