Here comes Nikon D200... finally a reality

That's a custom function button, first appeared on the D2H, it can do things like cut off flash connection.

On the D2X, it has one more function, activate high speed crop by pressing + turn dial.

It's programmable, if the D200 comes with it, you'll love it. Can switch off the flash connection without having to manually switch off the flash and forget to switch it back on!!!!! :angry:

This button is USEFUL for flash control!!!

Although i'm praying that the D200 will have a crop mode, somehow I think it won't, just so that Nikon can distinguish the D2x from the rest.

Yep, amazingly it's f/5.6 at 200mm end, I think it's going to give the Tamron a run for money, but it's quite ex... yet at it's range and design, the VR and SWM motor can't be done without.

Too ex for a poor person like me... :sweat:

24-120VR already at 950. Not surprising the 18-200VR can go above 950.

At least the author of this PS-ed pix is being honest about where the parts of the whole pix are from. I must comment that its a nice job, rather closed to the widely circulated spy pix which was badly taken. Even the reproducted camera back is astounding.
