Hey everyone, I just got myself a holga135 a month ago and I sent my roll t be developed.
After collecting it just now, only 2 photos are developed and the person laughed and said I only took 2 photos when in fact I took 36 shots. Anyone knows the reason why?

Pls help!
Im travelling next week and I plan t bring my holga along too s

Did u underexposed the img? turn to the cloudy instead of sunny icon? film iso? And whr did u developed ur film.? Try triple d.

Did u hear the shuttle move ? The spring sound when you snap, could be the shuttle jam

Rule number 1 to die die remember:
Always remember to remove the lens cap if your camera finder or ground glass is not through the lens. (Else you are showing that you have a good lens cap that covers the lens well.)

Few technical trouble shoot to try.
1. Open the back with no film and trip the shutter to see if it is working. Make sure when you trip it, there is an opening.
2. For the lovely plastic camera, there is a chance that the film advance level is damaged inside, rest your finger lightly on the "stem" and try the level to make sure it still turns.

If above 2 works, the chance of an extreme underexposed film due to unreliable shutter speed combination and slow light through the "lens" (It is a toy camera, no high expectation please) or very good lens cap could be the issue if the shop owner does return your negative or slide with only 2 exposed frame.

Check also that you are not in bulb mode
