Help with Epson v700 scanned images...

Is there a different setting for slides?
 

on the Epson program that comes with the scanner, there are 3 options to choose from :
- reflective ( for documents )
- negative ( for films reverse )
- positive. ( for film positive )

maybe you forgot one option...;)

The Original Epson Software has 4 options :)

-reflective - for photos
-reflective - for documents
-negative - for film rev.
-postive - for film positive (slides)

incl. in the package is also the SilverFast SE software !!

guys, i have this issue wen scanning b&w
im using the epson software
wen the pix are too dark, the scanner cant properly crop the images from the 35mm
the frames are mixed up
anyway for me to overcome this?

Change from thumbnail mode to normal mode (2 different tabs), and select the photo urself.

seems like no other methods.. very slow....

I like silverfast more. Try all and see what suits you best.
 

silverfast have to manually crop every photo?
 

normally this would only happen to those under exposed B&W photos?

btw, 120mm negatives tends to curve more than the slides, anyway tips to straighten it?
