retake the photo. the horizon is not straight anyway.

correcting tilted horizon at post is very easier. but....

Plus it's not sharp either...

notice that too, just hope that the lost of sharpness is due to downsize without USM, if it is not sharp in full resolution, no point spending any more effort on it

Bro akszaksz, u use what tools to fix it? I tried using patch tool as mentioned by bro catchlights and the result is better.

I simply use clone + heal with CS5 =)
