help to identify this spider?

My cubicle seems to attract spiders lately.. The most recent one I saw is like 0.5cm, 8 legs,
round head, with a big big yellow ) on the back. belly smaller than head, with a big white band and two small white dots at the end of the belly.. Legs with bands of red/black..

the legs are short and strong.. giving a feeling of powerfulness.. :crazy:

I saw spider bite tragedies in discovery channels.. :sweat:

JS should be yellow color is it? And havent seen similar type in CS/Macro..

How to get rid of them? Among hundreds of cubicles why only mine? :embrass:
food in my place? no ants though..

they are basically weak, they tends to run away fast.

Essentially the spiders in SG are not venomous enough to kill anyone. The big ones would be the golden orb web spider.

ah... that's the one! I encounter lots of these in the jungles and abandoned places. There was once i went under a tree at Kranji, up in the tree there were at least 20 of these big ones....i broke out in cold sweat....i have fear of spiders. :bsmilie:
