There was fungus in an old teleconverter I had so I took it apart to clean it, but forgot to take photos when disassembling it. Now, I can't figure out the right way to put it back together after trying multiple permutations and combinations, even though there are only 4 glass elements and 3 metal spacers (1 is the threaded nut holding everything in). Tried Googling but no luck finding the optical formula for similar 4-element teleconverters.
