It's called vignetting. What camera/lens/aperture are you using?

I'm using 450d efs 18-200 in p mode.....

So i guess it is normal rite?

Thks

Looks alright to me. The moon is right in the centre of the frame, lights naturally falls off in all four corners. :)

Does this happens in other photos using the same setup?

efs 18-200mm lens are known to have strong vignet effect @ 18mm.

used correctly, its a pretty nice effect.

Try reducing your f-stop. I have read it from Ken Rockwell. I suffer similar problem with my picture. Got rid of it with advice from the pro.

Doesn't matter what mode you're using, we need to know the aperture the shot was taken at. If you shot it at f/5.6 then for sure there will be vignetting. You need to stop down a little.

you can STOP DOWN (i.e. use smaller aperture or INCREASE f-stop) to reduce vignetting.

of course this comes at the cost of other things.

maybe try it again at f/8,

it should totally dissapear by then

Thank you for all the comments.

I took at F 5.6....

Post processing, you can use something like photoshop to reduce the vignetting. There's a filter that you can use to adjust the amount.
