help on strobe light for home studio

I'm a newbie in photography, any one out there could help me with the questions

where can I buy a set of strobe light ( including reflector, soft box, stand and umbrella)for home studio
which is the blend name to choose (i'm not a regular user)
how much would it cost ( working on limited budget)
what do I need other than the lights (triggle etc...)

eastgear combo lor... 3 120w strobes, 3 stand, 2 softbox, 1 snoot, guess thats about it... about 500 i think.
