[ Help ] OMD EM1 Pre-Order - 2 Simple Questions

I also ordered on the last day.... so that means that I would be.getting my set in.... January?

According to Olympus FB, for those who pre-ordered should be able to get by end Oct or latest next Friday 1st Nov.
and for those who didn't preordered, stocks should hit the shelves 3rd week to end Nov due to some delay.

BTW what sort of freebies you guys most likely will choose?

I called up my 'friendly store' and check this evening regards about my pre-order, the next batch allocations to them is on tues or wed, hopefully this time round the quantity is enough for all pre-orderers.
May i ask for those that had collected their em1 kit today, what are freebies comes with? Or how and when can we go redeem the hld-7? (As i heard we gotta bring any of a old E-system camera to show them in order to claim the free hld-7, is it true?)

That's what Oly SG told me over the phone.
They said bring the E-system camera and invoice/warranty card when claiming the free batt grip

haha, take some high iso pix and also handheld shots at 1 secs exposure!

I was called up by the shop I had pre-ordered with.

Also on Olympus Facebook page, they replied in one of their posts that the shop will call and not Olympus themself.
