would have asked for a shot of them...both of them had such character...I could just feel it...but they were in some argument...negative energy...

ongmy.. sorry about my question regarding the lenses used.. didn't realized that it was already mentioned on page 5.. nice work really.. it inspires me a lot as an aspiring street photograph hobbyist.. keep it up :)

Would like to share some shots taken at Sungei Road, Thieves Market. It's such a shame the people there are so resistant to people taking photographs, the place has such character about it, the people, environment and objects, kinda like a bugis street but for the "elderly". While I was there walking around, I wished they were more receptive to photographs, I'm sure there were great stories behind all the faces and items. Here's a few I managed to capture. Will definitely head down to give it a few more shots.

#111,16,18 and 19 are good! Just a suggestion, if #111 was in landscape taking in more of the blue shutters it will be nicer. Nice processing of pictures, what lens did you use for the thieve market series?

thank you...I took 2 shots of the lady with the blue shutters, one portrait the other landscape..but the landscape one had 2 cars on each side blocking the shutters..so chose this instead..such a pity...i agree it would be so much nicer if it was landscape and wider.. ^_^ I used a 35 1.4 for the thieves market series.

Again...thanks for dropping by..appreciate it..oh ya...like your "wayang opera" series...colours/mood/lighting was brilliant..been looking around for one myself..but in vain..
