HD cams at Commex?

Eh Who uses HV30 here? (I might buy one from comex. whats HV30's competitor? )

Hi David. I have an HV30, use it while travelling and also for Steadicam shots because it's easier on the wrist than my XH-A1. The HV30 is a wonderful camera, I don't think there is any serious competition in this price range as far as image quality goes.

And it can work as a capture deck for the XH-A1, even for 25F footage, so if you have an A1 there's another reason to get an HV30.

I love it. The blacks r as good as it can get.

U got to prepare a 11k budget with the media. This is a big gap from HDV cams so it depends on wat u r looking to use it for. The funny thing is most of the folks whom i know that bought the cam are hobbist!
