Hey guys! Really great pictures there. It's a pity I missed the thread on the outing, if not i would have joined =(

Anyway, I have a question about street photography. Those people were strangers right? Then when you take pictures of them, did they scold you or have any angry reactions? I'm asking this because I just bought a fujifilm x100 a week ago for the purpose of starting street photography, but in the end i'm still shooting portraits of friends and family =(

Here I Kow Tow to Bananaman! He is really good. We must all learn from him. Come for the next session and learn from him. I tagged hehind him and was really an eye opener!
I used to think that Leica or TLR can sneak up to take (I still sneak up and take), but Bananaman not only make friends, make people happy, and have a great shot!

Cheaper way to enjoy leica.. Can't afford leica rangefinder

Kudos to friends and organisers who managed this first outing... hope for many to come... no "thunderstorms" yesterday, instead was a damn hot day to say the least...
glad to know more new friends who share similar interest...

still trying to recover from stomach flu and recent India trip... going from "little india" to the "real" india has been a great experience... same from going to "real" india back to "little" india....

there's some banana awesomeness in snippet #3. your pictures have that distinct something...can't put my finger on it. seems like a gathering well done...sad that i couldn't be part of it..watching the thread for outing pictures. ^_^

Some of you might remember this one, the very unwilling care taker for the temple, no tripod at F2.8 1/30 with medium format mirror slapping!

I love Zeiss Planar!!!!

Didnt see your comment at the original thread when i left my house to make it on time for the event. By the way dont anyhow say i disrespect the organisers or that i do not read english without at least asking the organiser if had. I just guessed there will be the few who could not make it due to some reason so a slot might be available and i am okay with it if the organiser said cannot join because "oversubscribed" as i had made plans just in case.

If you want to go further with this, we could discuss it over PMs.

Anyway, great outing...those who couldnt make it missed out on quite a lot of opportunities. I found myself watching a lot of videos on the Hassy and Ricoh cameras after the outing to find out more about them. Planning to re-visit a couple of the places we walked on my own in future.
