Unusually good software that can do this recovery from such an overexposed image.

Can incoorporate both suggestions .
Also suggestions of Chalet with compound for bikini girls being sprayed with water . . .
Anyone can help with chalet , girls , barbecue , water . . . please let denis know.
His mobile is 90030430. :p

Axeleaf u have very wild imagination....;)

so what's the plan for the next gathering?

hello all...

sorry if this is not the right place to post this but figured there will be biggest knowledge base here...

asking all 'sifu's' out there... i have a recently acquired old 500c and 80mm (black colour) planar lens. Problem was, during routine cleaning, i removed the lens from the body.

there was slight resistance in reattaching the lens and the lens cocking screw seemed misaligned so i thought it was the lens that was uncocked or released during cleaning.

i turned the cocking screw with a small coin and feeling slight resistance (normal) as i previously maually cocked the same lens and it felt the same... forced it a tad more and then 'snap!'. overcocked the already cocked lens..

think i broke something inside (obviously) as now the cocking screw freewheels and does nothing.

Does anyone know if this can be easily fixed? or have i broken something terribly complicated inside the lens and prob better buying another [sob] lens?

anyone i can bring the lens to take a look at in either KL or singapore?

Denis will confirm soon .

Happened to a friend before .
His was a CF lens and the telescopic shaft broke .
Sent to Shriro Singapore Hasselblad Service Support and they fixed it in 2 days .
It cost him about $600.
There may be no more parts for your model though .
email Boon Soon at service_support@shriro.com.sg.

I like the new Phocus 2.5.2

Process images faster and is neater. AM glad that Hasselblad is focusing on the right stuff.

sorry, paiseh...we decided for a more modest car first to practice shooting at Shriro...so its this car instead...still a supercar of sorts

Start thinking of the angles to make your shot standout. The car is gunmetal grey with a tinge of gold at certain angles, makes it a bit more challenging. But get your creative juices going.

After this practice shoot, once we master the art of shooting cars...ok, get used to shooting cars, we might have a chance to shoot a Pagini Zonda, but Shriro will have to bring the lights, backdrop to the workshop.

See you on the 13th.

Great . we have 35 registered members ready to go .
( looks like they prefer to call or email denis )
Please Remember that we have to give some of the good images to the owner of the GTR .
And this is Rebecca who will spice up the car . . .

some quick and fast ones...lighting was a challenge...but last night gave us some insights on how to shoot and light a car...need more practice.

would have been better if we had a small fill light, perhaps a snoot to light the GTR logo on the front grille and another to throw a bit of light on the left front wheel, and perhaps another light to provide a bit more separation from the ground.

and a couple with Rebecca

Need to go back to Shriro to get the rest of the files...
