Has Leica ever done this in Singapore?

I just came across the August issue of Black+White Photography which had a story of Leica in the UK allowing 3 of B+W's readers to use an M8 for a day, together with expert guidance. Hmmm....if only they decide to do it with the M9 here.

Like in the UK, it probably only makes commercial sense during the ending stage of the product life cycle, in order to get some additional press coverage. At the start of the cycle, there is plenty of press coverage and buyers.
