IMHO If you shoot in burst mode or raw+jpg get at least a class 10. I personally swear by sandisk extreme. Class 6 is slow to write the buffer to sd card

Yup I agree.. this SDHC was a bundle free stuff.

Yup, Wee selling the body and keeping the lens. Just now I fix on my 20mm and tried several indoor shots using the touchscreen focus and shoot. I like it lah, this is a very good feature, if only it had the articulated LCD screen, would make it even better with the touch screen focus shoot.

No regrets selling my GF1.

100% agree!

the difference in writing speed between sandisk extreme and sandisk class 4 is more than 1 sec per pic (raw) (tested scientifically by counting "one-thousand".... )

I use my gf2 with gigapan - can you imagine how much time wasted initially with the class 4... Apparently, my again scientific test show that the write speed for GX1 quite similar to gf2

Also, for hand held pano, fast write is important - i had to pause and screwed the alignment due to buffer full - and Murphy dictates that this must happened overseas - few times

It will be sandisk extreme or better for me henceforth
