I do agreed that lighting is really a hard time to adjust to have the best effect. Anyway although you did not replaced the pawn for #132 but the title suits the picture very much. Maybe SkyStrike is right, maybe your next photo using your bears as pawn, and some head dress for some to become the king, Queen etc...

I tried using black background but it does'nt work well...
