Group shot photographer need for 2 hours

Need a photographer who can take group shots.
Able to use flash, in a hotel setting.

Date : 5th Dec 2015, during lunch time ( within 12pm - 3pm )
Duration : 2 hours ( between the above timing, TBA )
Payment : $35/hr

Requirment :
1. able to use flash well
2. friendly and presentatble
3. Can mingle with crowd to ask them to pose for shots.
4. Have your own equipments

I also Agree with Lenny Leong; our equipment is not cheap and we need to spend money and time to travel and shoot, $30 it's really too low.
