i love your lighting technique, very interesting.
Constructive criticisms & comments are welcomed...
may i take the liberty of guessing your lighting?
octo softbox on viewer left approx 45 deg, high placement (key)
another (gelled ? ) flash right behind the black t shirt guy. (backlight? not sure the technical name)

They are very nicely lighted pictures with even exposures.
Pardon me but they look like 1, 2, 3 light set up Diagrams.
Very Technically executed like a bowl of instant tom yam noodles.
One suggestion I can give to you is use a 3m high light source, learn and create butterfly, rambrandt lighting next time you play around with strobes.
