Greetings to all Seniors from new Pentax convert

i think thats the gist of my dilemma... being new to dslr, how can I be sure that I will NEVER EVER need it at this time? :bsmilie:

Bro
Although you will get alot of advice here, in the end they are all individual opinions catered to their preferences. You need to decide what you need yourself eventually. That comes after a few cycles of buying and selling. But you start off with what you think you need. The dual kit lens is a good starter. Try it out first. Then decide what you are missing and then work on filling those gaps. :)

That's a start. My first time, I only had a film PnS, and took a grand total of 12 pics, all snapshots of people and groups only. :sweatsm: I'm sure you did much better. :D

Agree that its very challenging to take nice pix on ski trip. I had some nice ones courtesy of a friend who wasn't skiing on that day.

That's why its better to go in a group.
